I led the end-to-end website redesign of the U.S. Department of Energy Department (DOE) to improve usability, navigation, and responsiveness across devices. I conducted user research, developed wireframes and prototypes, and performed heuristic evaluations. Using insights from usability testing and card sorting, I redesigned the information architecture and navigation system. I then created wireframes, prototypes, and a responsive UI style guide, iteratively testing and refining designs for both desktop and mobile. The final result was a responsive, user-centered website backed by comprehensive research and usability testing.
